• Google Ads conversion tracking — measures whether our ads lead to estimate requests

• Form data: To generate your renovation estimate and allow our team to follow up with a personalized assessment

• TMMT Renovations Inc. — accesses form submissions to follow up on estimates (data controller)
• Supabase Inc. — database hosting provider that stores form submissions and consent logs (data processor)
• Google LLC — receives analytics and advertising data only when you consent
• Meta Platforms Inc. — receives advertising data only when you consent
• MetricMotive Inc. — site development and optimization; may access data in the course of maintaining the tool

4. How Long We Keep It

• Form submissions: Retained for 24 months, then deleted
• Analytics data: Per Google’s default retention period (14 months)
• Consent cookie: Expires after 180 days; you will be prompted to choose again
